PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga) continues to innovate through the launch of The New Go Mobile app. The Grand Launching of The New Go Mobile was held at the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom at Pacific Place, on November 29th, 2017, inviting many guests and media.
Before entering the ballroom, guests and media were asked to register at the provided registration desks to receive a barcode wristband. The barcode wristband, other than serving as an attendance tracker, could also be used to participate at the roulette wheel. Before using the roulette wheel, though, wristband holders had to go through activities at 4 CIMB Niaga check-in booths, which would give the wristband holder points saved to their profile. One of these booths was a photobooth, wherer the photo was uploaded to social media or email, and printed on the spot.
All activities were captured by the system, from registration reports, amount of check-ins at every booth, and the report from the roulette wheel, which detailed who had redeemed their points, which prizes they received and the current stock of prizes. Reports were accessed through an online page and downloadable to Excel for easy reference.
